Induction Dryer/Curing Heater
Induction Dryer for Strip Heating Applications
Set up for vertical or horizontal installations, induction dryers are used for drying and curing strip. Most steel-coated products require some type of finish coating depending on the requirements of the end user. Dryers are applied in different sections of strip processing lines, with induction being the preferred method due to the precise temperature control and heat uniformity. The following are some examples of coatings that need to be dried before continuing through the line:
- Resins Coating
- Anti-finger Coating
- Polymer Coating
- Organic Coating
- Chromate Coating
- Acrylic Coating
- Epoxy Coating
- Chrome-free Coating
- Dry Lubricant Coating
- Pre-phosphate Coating
- Passivation Coating
